This is an exciting opportunity for an NQ Court of Protection Solicitor to join a thriving Legal 500 practice in the Wiltshire area.

The team specialise in Bran Injuries and the role will deal with matters such as Mental Capacity Act applications, deputyship applications, Wills and LPAs. You will be expected to have excellent client care skills and be keen to undertake the STEP certificate.
