CORPORATE SOLICITOR – ESSEX – JUNIOR-SENIOR

A brand new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a thriving team at a Legal 500 firm based in Essex

We would encourage applications from NQ lawyers upwards to more senior associate level. You will need to have experience of working with high-end clients at a good quality firm in Corporate matters.

This is a busy and growing team with top corporate work and a clear opportunity for career progression as the firm continues to grow and develop. A hands-on opportunity to develop and be promoted quickly. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this high-ranking firm.

You will be working on a varied caseload of all corporate matters including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, MBOs, share schemes, corporate governance, commercial contracts. Additionally, you will be assisting with business development and marketing.
