An exciting opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join a leading multi-office firm. This is an outstanding firm in Commercial Property matters; a modern thinking and pro-active firm where progression prospects are real and staff retention is high, so the role would suit an ambitious candidate seeking a long term and progressive role.

The firm is seeking a Junior solicitor to join their Real Estate team to work on a broad range of commercial property matters such as, freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, property aspects of finance/lending and options.You will have had some experience of such matters during your training contract or post-qualification experience. Knowledge of related areas such as planning, building,construction, agricultural property, and leasehold portfolio management would be advantageous.
