This Legal 500 rated Construction, Procurement and Projects team is seeking to expand and is looking to recruit a Contentious Construction Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have 1 – 3yrs PQE, and relevant experience to assist the team in delivering a broad range of advice relating to construction related disputes across our sectors, including for housing, local government, social business and charity clients. It would also be an advantage for the successful candidate to have some non-contentious construction or public procurement experience but this is not essential.

The disputes team handles a wide range of work including complex construction disputes, cladding and fire related issues, contract rectification and payment disputes across our specialist sectors.
