Contentious Probate Solicitor – (2+PQE) – Essex

A very rare opportunity to join a leading Legal 500 firm in their Contentious Probate Litigation department.

We are keen to hear from candidates with at least 2 years PQE specialising in Contentious Probate matters such as Power of Attorney disputes, Inheritance Act claims, defending claims by beneficiaries. You will also be liaising with third parties, supervising more junior members of the department and able to build effective relationships with referrers, clients and colleagues.

This role would suit an ambitious candidate who is looking to take that next major career step to a position with real progression potential, working closely with the partner you will have the support of a fantastic team, in a flexible firm with a national presence.
