Private Client Solicitor

This successful Regional firm are recruiting for a motivated and driven 4+ PQE Solicitor to join our dedicated Private Client team, on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for running own caseload of varied Private Client matters, such as: Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection
• Ensure the retention of good clients through appropriate client management and service delivery
• Support key projects by ensuring that the targeted deliverables and benefits are achieved
• Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances
• Maintain the integrity of data in key platforms such as Liberate and Worksite by ensuring that they are updated in a timely manner

Person Specification

• A solid Private Client background
• Ideally, 4+ years PQE
• Motivation, enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills (both oral and written)
• Attention to detail, a desire to learn and work part as a team
