Head of Corporate – 5+ PQE – Buckinghamshire

We are currently seeking a Head of Corporate Solicitor within a fantastic firm in Buckinghamshire. If you can demonstrate a fantastic track record of a range of transactional and non-transactional experience with a particular focus on working with fast-growth companies, this firm wants to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate considerable experience of managing a team and leading on transactions.

Typical work that you would undertake at this firm include start-ups, joint ventures, M&A, private equity buyouts, capital markets work and general banking work. In addition to this, as the firm are looking for a top-tier senior candidate, ideally they would be looking for solicitors with a following and a passion for business development, so they can really get involved with all aspects of the firm.

In terms of post-qualification experience, this firm is looking for people with seniority and a proven track record of producing high-quality work for HNW clients for a number of years.
