BANKING AND FINANCE SOLICITOR – Kent- associate or senior associate level solicitor- LEGAL 500 FIRM

This is a fantastic time to be joining a leading legal 500 law firm. They are are searching for someone with prior experience of banking work (lending/security arrangements/funds), at associate or senior associate level solicitor to join their corporate team. They have a large and varied client portfolio.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an ambitious Solicitor/Associate keen to forge a career specifically within Banking and Finance. A basic understanding of corporate law (in addition to banking and finance experience) would be beneficial.

An exciting opportunity to advice on a range of issues across the breadth of banking and finance matters including debt financing, equity fundraising and crowdfunding. The team are one of the largest teams of banking and finance lawyers in the South region

They firm have a strong budget in place for this position and they offer a great hybrid / flexible working so we would be keen to see CV’s from candidate’s further afield also
