COURT OF PROTECTION SENIOR SOLICITOR – SUSSEX – SPECIALIST FIRM

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Court of Protection to join a thriving specialist practice in Sussex

Your duties in this role including providing high quality legal advice to clients and managing your own caseload on a wide range of Court of Protection matters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE and will have experience in responding to telephone enquiries, making deputyship applications and supporting daily financial administrations. You must be able to work collaboratively and independently plus able to work in a pressurised environment.

This position allows there to flexibility with the option of occasional home working. Full time and part time working hours available. The firm can offer a competitive salary alongside a generous package.
