RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE- TOP 100 FIRM – KENT

A fantastic firm situated in Kent are looking for a Residential Development Solicitor to join their busy commercial property team. The candidate will be mid-level, i.e. Associate or Senior Associate. They may have a mix of Commercial Property experience, including Development, but would now like to specialise in this area.

Applications are invited from candidates at 2 years + PQE including solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives with proven experience of working in a busy conveyancing team.

Their development team are looking for an individual experienced in commercial development to advise on nationally significant regeneration schemes, mixed use, urban extensions, the purchase and development of strategic land, joint ventures and collaborations and the development and disposal of residential housing.

You will be expected to handle a wide and varied caseload. The role would be well supported with many opportunities to undertake training and development, together with a clear pathway for progression. Salary would be competitive and dependent on experience, together with a full benefits package.

Hybrid working arrangements are considered.
