We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a sound base of experience in a broad range of Corporate Commercial law to join this leading multi-office Norfolk law firm.

Corporate Commercial Solicitor (5+ Years PQE)

We would like to hear from applicants with a minimum of five years PQE and upwards to senior-level, gained within a good quality medium sized or high street firm. This is a mid-senior-level appointment for the firm and you should be willing and capable of managing your own caseload and contributing to the business development of the firm.

This role will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to utilise their own knowledge and grow it, and will get you in front of clients so you can immediately gain exposure to the wider industry, build your professional reputation, and improve the client-focused, commercially-aware advice that you would be able to provide. You will be working on a good range of corporate and commercial matters including amongst other areas, Shareholder Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Buying, Selling, and restructuring, and Debt Recovery.
