A highly-successful firm with offices across the South West is looking for a talented solicitor to join their growing team as a senior associate/salaried Partner. The ideal candidate will have upwards of 4 years PQE and proven experience of corporate transactional work.

The role will involve working within a busy team on a very wide range of company/commercial work, which may include: company and business sales and purchases, private equity/ investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions, education sector work including academy conversions and multi academy trusts, among other areas.
