Commercial Property Solicitor

Commercial Property Solicitor- 1+ years PQE

The Firm are looking to recruit a qualified solicitor to join our Commercial Property team and to be responsible for a varied caseload of Commercial Property work.

The are looking for someone with 1+years PQE and ideally someone with the desire for progression. As part of our growing Commercial property team you will work closely with and report directly to the head of the department.

About the role
You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of Commercial Property work. You must be familiar with buying and selling commercial properties, lease/lease renewals, property development, option agreements, joint ventures, planning matters and collateral agreements, acquisitions and sales of property portfolios, licensed premises and auction properties

You should be confident in front of clients and be committed to providing an exceptional level of service to them.

You must be enthusiastic, forward-thinking and a team player. You should be willing to network in order to make a name for yourself locally and to bring in new clients and contacts to the firm.
