Working closely with Partners and senior decision-makers, Gemma is often working on exclusive and unadvertised opportunities, as well as roles that are not widely available through the market. She recruits Solicitors, Legal Executives and Partners, alongside Practice Management, Legal Accounts and other senior operational roles within private practice.
