I work closely with a wide range of private practice firms, from high street and boutique practices through to leading regional, national and international firms with a strong presence across the South West. I work with lawyers at all levels, from NQ through to Equity Partner, and take a very relationship led approach to recruitment. For me, it’s about getting to know people properly, understanding what they’re looking for, what motivates them and where they want their career to go, rather than simply matching a CV to a job. Outside of work, I play semi professional football as a goalkeeper in the Women’s National League, which is something I’m hugely passionate about. Football has taught me a lot about resilience, teamwork and keeping a level head under pressure, qualities that definitely come into play in recruitment too.
