Office Manager

Jane is the Office Manager at Austen Lloyd’s Queen Square offices. She comes from a family business background and oversees the general running of the office, helping to maintain the positive and dynamic ethos of the firm. She has a very supportive and cohesive effect on the whole team and is very much the ‘go-to person’ for any social matters.

Jane joined together with Charlotte and Chris in 2009 to found Austen Lloyd, which is now a market leading agency with a phenomenal national reputation, specialising in legal recruitment throughout the UK.

With her family business background, she has helped to transfer that ‘family team ethos’ to Austen Lloyd. Jane has helped to create the smooth-running office administration system that is so necessary for a highly modern, professional organisation. When dealing with candidates’ livelihoods, it is essential to maintain highly professionally standards at all times. Jane is very much at the forefront of this.
