Wills and Probate Solicitor – Warwickshire

The Role

• Manage a diverse caseload of wills, probate, and estate administration matters.

• Draft wills and lasting powers of attorney.

• Advise clients on estate planning and tax matters.

• Handle probate cases from inception to conclusion.

• Support clients with sensitive and complex issues.

About You

• 2 to 4 years' experience in private client law.

• Strong technical knowledge of non-contentious matters.

• Ability to build trusted client relationships.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
