The Role
Manage a broad range of subrogated recovery claims for insurer clients, from initial instruction to resolution.
Advise on liability, quantum, and recovery prospects for insurer and corporate clients.
Handle claims through negotiation, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution.
Draft pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documentation.
Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and key stakeholders.
Deliver commercially focused advice while managing matters efficiently.
Contribute to the team's development and success.
About You
Qualified Solicitor with experience in subrogated recoveries, insurance litigation, or similar areas.
Strong litigation and case management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice.
Effective workload management skills.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Interest in developing a career within a specialist team.
