Serious Injury Team Leader – Greater Manchester

The Role

• Manage a team of junior lawyers, promoting company values and best practices.

• Provide leadership and ensure efficient management of staff and resources.

• Conduct random file supervision and reviews of ongoing cases.

• Assist the company in achieving budget targets.

• Interpret regulatory changes and conduct staff training.

• Offer continuous leadership and development for department staff.

• Assist with business development initiatives.

• Provide guidance to fee earners on legal issues and case queries.

• Advise on all aspects of Multi-Track work, including liability and quantum.

• Deliver clear and concise written and verbal advice.

About You

• Experience managing a Multi-Track caseload within a legal practice.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet Court deadlines.

• Strong drafting skills and complaint resolution ability.

• Attention to detail, excellent organisation skills, and a willingness to learn.

• Outstanding client care skills and management of expectations.

• Empathetic and logical, with strong interpersonal skills.
