The Role
Manage your own caseload of family matters, focusing on divorce, complex financial remedies, and private children issues.
Advise on pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements and related family law issues.
Undertake advocacy when appropriate.
Ensure excellent file management and regulatory compliance.
Support business development and networking to grow the family department.
Assist in training, supervising, and developing junior staff.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service.
About You
Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx authorised litigator with at least 6 years PQE or equivalent experience.
Strong technical knowledge and experience managing family caseloads, particularly in divorce and finance.
Confident in undertaking advocacy when needed.
Experience in supervising or supporting junior team members.
Strong organisational skills, excellent time management, and ability to work under pressure.
Commercially minded with the ability to contribute to business development.
Positive, personable, and proactive approach to family law.
