The Role
Manage your own Employment caseload.
Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
Advise on settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance matters, and employment contracts.
Provide clear, practical advice to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Contribute to the continued development of the Employment practice.
Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm.
About You
At least 5 years' PQE in Employment law.
Solid experience in Employment Tribunal matters.
Excellent technical and drafting skills.
Strong client care and communication skills.
Ability to manage your own caseload confidently.
Practical and commercially minded approach.
Good organisation and time management.
Collaborative approach, comfortable working independently.
