Senior Compliance & Risk Officer – Wiltshire

The Role

• Advise partners on strategic regulatory and compliance matters.

• Monitor risk trends and compliance developments.

• Ensure firm-wide compliance with SRA and regulatory obligations.

• Develop and deliver training on compliance issues.

• Provide ongoing advice and guidance to colleagues.

About You

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a compliance role.

• Proven management or team-leading skills in a legal or professional setting.

• Preferred background as a Solicitor/Lawyer, though not essential.

• IRM qualification is advantageous.
