Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (2-5 PQE) – Greater London

The Role

• Engage in corporate and personal insolvency matters.

• Provide restructuring and turnaround advice.

• Handle insolvency litigation and contentious issues.

• Advise both creditors and debtors.

• Participate in administrations, liquidations, and related proceedings.

• Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex, high-value cases.

• Develop strong client relationships and enhance commercial awareness.

About You

• 2–5 years PQE in restructuring and insolvency.

• Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.

• Excellent communication and drafting skills.

• Commercial approach with strong attention to detail.

• Ambition to grow within a leading London practice.
