The Role
Manage a diverse caseload of residential real estate transactions.
Handle residential development projects, bridging finance, and lender-side transactions.
Oversee portfolio refinances, title splitting, and drafting leases.
Conduct complex residential conveyancing and plot sales.
Engage in site set-up and infrastructure agreements.
Act for lenders, developers, and investors in residential real estate.
Advise on complex, technical matters with minimal supervision.
Build and manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service.
Participate in business development and marketing activities.
Support junior team members and contribute to project management.
About You
Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 5+ PQE.
Proven experience in complex residential conveyancing and development work.
Strong drafting, organisational, and client relationship skills.
Commercially minded with a focus on practice development.
