Real Estate Finance Solicitor – Greater Manchester

The Role

• Engage in real estate finance transactions.

• Handle secured lending matters.

• Manage property investment and development finance.

• Oversee acquisition finance.

• Conduct refinancing and restructuring transactions.

• Perform due diligence and transaction management.

• Draft and negotiate finance and security documentation.

• Advise lenders, investors, developers, and corporate borrowers.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 4–6 years' PQE.

• Experienced in banking, real estate finance, or property finance.

• Possess excellent technical and drafting skills.

• Confident in managing transactions and client relationships.

• Strong commercial awareness.
