The Role
Capture and maintain high-value firm knowledge and precedents within the Planning team.
Research complex statutory, regulatory, and case law developments impacting UK infrastructure and real estate projects.
Deliver legal, procedural, and commercial advisory support to fee earners.
Draft, review, and update standard form documents and transactional precedents.
Design and lead technical training programs and workshops for lawyers.
Implement the team’s legal tech and AI strategy in collaboration with Innovation teams.
Author external publications and support business development initiatives.
About You
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent jurisdiction.
Strong track record in a recognised planning practice handling major development schemes and infrastructure projects.
Exceptional legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Enthusiasm for legal innovation and AI adoption.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
