Property Solicitor (NQ - 5 PQE) – Bristol

The Role

• Advise on land acquisitions and disposals.

• Handle commercial property transactions.

• Manage landlord and tenant matters.

• Conduct title investigations and due diligence.

• Draft and negotiate leases, licences, easements, and transfers.

• Oversee property management and asset-related matters.

• Engage in agricultural and rural land matters.

• Contribute to major infrastructure and development projects.

• Support biodiversity and sustainable land management initiatives.

• Assist with strategic projects and organisational objectives.

About You

• Qualified solicitor, barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive with rights to practise in England and Wales.

• Experience in commercial property, property litigation, public sector property, land acquisition, or landlord and tenant matters is advantageous but not essential.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Effective case management abilities.

• Sound legal judgement and attention to detail.

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Proactive approach and willingness to learn.

• Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
