Property Litigation Solicitor – West Sussex

The Role

• Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters

• Acting for individuals, businesses, landlords, tenants, and property owners

• Handling disputes related to landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, possession, boundary disputes, and easements

• Running matters from initial instruction through to resolution with team support

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Working alongside experienced litigators on complex and high-value matters

• Contributing to the development of the firm's property litigation practice

About You

• 2+ years' PQE, with senior solicitors encouraged to apply

• Solid experience in property litigation

• Confident in managing your own caseload and client interactions

• Strong technical and commercial awareness

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• A proactive approach with an interest in career development within a well-established team
