Property Litigation Solicitor – South Glamorgan

The Role

• Handle a varied caseload of contentious property matters.

• Engage in commercial landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and access issues.

• Resolve property-related contractual disputes and manage strategic dispute resolutions.

• Advise clients on litigation strategy and manage cases from instruction to resolution.

• Assist senior lawyers with complex and high-value disputes.

• Build and maintain client relationships and support business development.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with around 2 years' PQE, though other levels considered.

• Experience in Property Litigation or commercial litigation with an interest in property matters.

• Proven ability to manage your own caseload with supervision.

• Exposure to commercial landlord and tenant disputes and other contentious property issues.

• Strong technical, commercial awareness, and communication skills.

• Organisational and time management abilities.

• Proactive problem-solving approach and confidence in independent work.

• Client-focused with a commitment to excellent service.
