Property Litigation Principal Associate – South Glamorgan

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of land, property, and environmental disputes.

• Provide clear, practical legal advice to diverse clients, including private individuals and corporate entities.

• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.

• Ensure high technical legal standards and assist in developing internal processes.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and external referrers.

• Contribute to business development through training, articles, and public speaking.

• Collaborate with senior management to identify new service opportunities.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with substantial PQE in litigation or property disputes.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp complex practice areas.

• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members.

• Clear communicator with strong commercial acumen.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Interest in property, land, environmental issues, or the built environment.
