Property Litigation NQ - 3 PQE – Bristol

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of property disputes, including commercial landlord and tenant matters.

• Engage in high-value development and land disputes, covering rights of way and boundary issues.

• Advise clients through negotiations, formal proceedings, and ADR methods like mediation.

• Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse client base, including property developers and landlords.

• Participate in business development initiatives and client pitch preparations.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with NQ to 3 years' PQE in Property Litigation.

• Strong understanding of land law principles and Civil Procedure Rules.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.

• Proactive team player committed to high client service standards.
