The Role
Manage a caseload of complex property litigation matters.
Handle contentious lease renewals, possession claims, and tenant insolvency disputes.
Engage in disputes from joint venture agreements and property-related contracts.
Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development.
About You
5+ years' PQE in property litigation.
Experience with complex commercial property disputes.
Strong technical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage caseloads independently and mentor junior staff.
Experience in a national or international firm is advantageous.
