The Role
Manage and assist on high-value professional indemnity claims against solicitors, industry professionals, and surveyors.
Handle complex construction-related professional indemnity claims involving architects and contractors.
Advise insurers and clients on coverage issues, liability, and risk management.
Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and industry bodies.
Collaborate with leaders in the field and contribute to team development.
About You
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2–4 years' PQE.
Experience in professional indemnity litigation or specialist insurance law.
Strong analytical, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
Business-focused approach to dispute resolution.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Collaborative mindset with a commitment to client-focused outcomes.
