The Role

• Manage complex, high-value professional liability claims and policy coverage disputes.

• Advise major insurers and corporate entities on policy coverage and liability exposure.

• Handle regulatory investigations and FCA-regulated matters.

• Independently manage multi-party disputes and coordinate strategic direction on large-scale matters.

• Develop business and maintain client relationships across the UK insurance market.

About You

• 3+ Years PQE in Financial, Insurance & Professional Disputes.

• Admitted Solicitor in England & Wales with an active Practising Certificate.
