The Role
Advise on wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
Handle estate planning and administration, including complex estates
Manage Court of Protection matters
Conduct deeds of severance, declarations of trust, and related conveyancing work
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop new client connections and contribute to team growth
Network and attend relevant events
Identify and generate cross-referral opportunities within the firm
Supervise junior team members and contribute to practice development
About You
Solid experience in Private Client matters
Strong drafting and advisory skills
Ability to explain complex legal issues clearly
Good commercial awareness and interest in business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good organisation and time management
Collaborative approach with ability to work independently
Interest in career development and new challenges
