The Role
Handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and inheritance tax planning.
Advise individuals and families on complex issues, managing cases from instruction to completion.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm as needed.
About You
Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with experience in Private Client matters.
Strong technical knowledge in wills, probate, and trusts.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Ability to manage your own caseload efficiently.
Commercially aware with a proactive approach.
STEP qualification or progression towards it is advantageous but not essential.
