Private Client Legal Director – South Glamorgan

The Role

• Advise clients on lifetime and estate planning, including Wills, LPAs, and trusts.

• Manage complex, high-value estate administration matters.

• Provide strategic advice on succession planning and wealth protection.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Lead on complex trust, probate, and tax planning matters.

• Collaborate with Property and Corporate teams on multidisciplinary matters.

• Support the development of the Lifetime Planning team.

• Mentor and supervise junior solicitors.

About You

• Significant experience in Private Client law, particularly in trusts and estate planning.

• Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estates.

• Knowledge of APR and BPR is advantageous.

• Strong technical knowledge in Wills, LPAs, and succession planning.

• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.

• Leadership potential and interest in mentoring others.

• STEP qualification is desirable.
