The Role
Advise clients on a wide range of planning and environmental issues
Engage in major development and infrastructure projects
Negotiate intricate Section 106 agreements
Provide guidance on planning applications, appeals, and judicial reviews
Collaborate with developers, investors, landowners, and public sector clients
About You
Possess 2+ years' PQE in Planning Law
Experience from a recognised planning or real estate team
Exposure to development, infrastructure, or environmental planning matters
Strong technical and commercial acumen
