Personal Injury Solicitor – Bristol

The Role

• Join the General Liability team in Bristol, focusing on personal injury claims.

• Engage in health and safety investigations, prosecutions, and product regulation.

• Manage fast track, intermediate, and multi-track personal injury claims.

• Advise on legal aspects of claims, including coverage.

• Deliver high-quality client service and adhere to service level agreements.

• Contribute to team development and process improvements.

• Attend client events and travel to London as required.

About You

• Legal Executive or Solicitor with NQ - 2 years PQE.

• Experience in personal injury claims and fast track litigation.

• Interest in Product Law and Health & Safety.

• Strong legal procedural knowledge and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercial solutions.

• Committed to business development and firm culture.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
