The Role

  • Manage a mixed caseload of claimant personal injury matters, from initial instruction to settlement or trial.

  • Handle Employer's Liability, Public Liability, Road Traffic Accident, and Clinical Negligence claims.

  • Deliver exceptional client service with support from an experienced assistant.

About You

  • At least 3 years' PQE in personal injury litigation.

  • Ability to manage both pre-litigation and litigated claims.

  • Strong advisory skills on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy.

  • Excellent client care standards.

  • Collaborative approach with colleagues.

  • Interest in networking and business development.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with local businesses and referral sources.
