The Role
Manage a mixed caseload of claimant personal injury matters, from initial instruction to settlement or trial.
Handle Employer's Liability, Public Liability, Road Traffic Accident, and Clinical Negligence claims.
Deliver exceptional client service with support from an experienced assistant.
About You
At least 3 years' PQE in personal injury litigation.
Ability to manage both pre-litigation and litigated claims.
Strong advisory skills on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy.
Excellent client care standards.
Collaborative approach with colleagues.
Interest in networking and business development.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with local businesses and referral sources.
