The Role
Advise professional services firms and partnership-led organisations on partnership and LLP matters.
Provide governance, structuring, and constitutional advice.
Draft and modernise partnership and LLP agreements.
Handle partner admissions, exits, succession planning, and profit-sharing arrangements.
Offer strategic advice to boards and leadership teams.
Support corporate transactions and restructurings involving partnerships and LLPs.
Address regulatory and compliance matters relevant to professional practices.
About You
Partner or senior Legal Director with experience advising partnerships, LLPs, or professional practices.
Background in employment, regulatory, professional practices, commercial, or corporate law.
Focused on strategic, advice-led work.
Comfortable advising senior stakeholders on sensitive issues.
Commercially minded, pragmatic, and collaborative.
