The Role
Manage a diverse caseload of high-value Defendant clinical negligence matters from start to finish.
Provide expert legal advice on clinical negligence claims, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating case documents.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
Liaise with clients, medical professionals, and experts to gather information and evidence.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations as required.
About You
3+ years PQE in NHS Resolution Clinical Negligence cases is essential.
Experience in handling complex Defendant clinical negligence cases is preferable.
Previous experience in Group Litigation cases is preferable.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
