Litigation NQ Solicitor – Hertfordshire

The Role

• Handle a variety of dispute resolution matters, including commercial disputes, debt recovery, and property disputes.

• Engage in insolvency-related matters, shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.

• Work on intellectual property disputes, civil litigation, and County Court claims.

• Participate in mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and injunctions.

• Assist from initial instruction to resolution, taking responsibility for cases.

About You

• Qualified as a solicitor or legal executive with litigation experience.

• Interest in contentious legal work and knowledge of County Court procedures.

• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities.

• Commercial and client-focused approach, able to work independently and in a team.
