The Role
Handle statutory and voluntary lease extensions
Manage collective enfranchisement cases
Conduct freehold acquisitions
Deal with Right of First Refusal matters
Address landlord and tenant issues
Resolve residential leasehold disputes
Draft deeds of variation and related property matters
Engage in tribunal matters and negotiations
Advise both landlords and leaseholders

Experience in leasehold enfranchisement
Strong knowledge of residential landlord and tenant law
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Strong client-care and communication abilities
