Family Solicitor – West Sussex

The Role

• Advise on a broad range of privately funded family matters.

• Handle complex and sensitive issues with clients.

• Manage a varied caseload including divorce, financial matters, and private children work.

• Engage in significant client contact and become a key team member.

About You

• Ideally 2+ years' PQE, but more senior solicitors are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in privately funded family work.

• Ability to manage your own cases and client relationships.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

• Commercial approach to client care.

• Interest in a long-term role within a regional practice.
