The Role

• Manage a varied caseload covering high-value financial remedy disputes, private children law, and cohabitation matters with minimal supervision.

• Act as a trusted adviser to high-net-worth clients, business owners, and professional clients, delivering exceptional, client-focused advice.

• Balance traditional litigation strategies with a strong awareness and application of non-court dispute resolution practices.

• Actively contribute to business development, networking, and firm marketing initiatives, drawing on existing professional connections in the region.

• Collaborate closely with team members across all levels to maintain high standards of service and client care.

• Ensure full compliance with information security standards and firm policies.

About You

• Ideally 4+ years PQE managing complex, high-quality family law matters at a leading regional or national firm.

• Strong foundation in both litigated and non-litigated family law proceedings, with commercial awareness and sharp legal expertise.

• Established local professional connections with a proven drive for business development and practice growth.

• Proactive, adaptable, and forward-planning, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering top-tier service to sophisticated clients.

• Strong academic credentials.
