The Role

• Advise on complex financial remedy work, private children law, and cohabitation disputes.

• Handle high-value family matters involving business interests and significant assets.

• Work with professionals, high-net-worth individuals, and clients from sectors like sport and agriculture.

About You

• 4+ years' PQE in Family Law with experience in a recognised practice.

• Strong expertise in privately funded financial remedy work and private children matters.

• Excellent technical knowledge and a foundation in litigation.

• Understanding of non-court dispute resolution methods.

• Excellent client care, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple matters.

• Proactive, commercially aware, and solutions-focused.

• Interest in business development and building local market relationships.
