The Role
Advise employer and employee clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Manage employment disputes and Employment Tribunal claims.
Draft and advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
Provide advice on disciplinary and grievance matters.
Support clients with restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
Collaborate with commercial and corporate teams.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Contribute to business development and practice growth.

Experience in handling diverse employment law matters.
Strong technical knowledge in employment law.
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Ability to provide practical, commercial advice.
Confidence in managing own caseload with supervision.
