Employment NQ+ – Kent

The Role

• Handle a variety of Employment matters, including contracts, policies, and procedures.

• Manage settlement agreements and related documentation.

• Address disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence issues.

• Involve in redundancy, restructuring, and TUPE matters.

• Engage in Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal and discrimination.

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements.

• Advise both employers and employees.

• Support senior lawyers on complex cases.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

About You

• Newly qualified or soon to qualify as a solicitor in England & Wales.

• Some Employment experience during your training contract.

• Solid understanding of Employment law and legislation.

• Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.

• Commercial and client-focused approach.

• Confidence to manage your work and seek support when needed.

• Proactive and enthusiastic about your development.
