The Role
Provide day-to-day employment advice
Handle employment aspects of corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions
Manage business transfers and outsourcing arrangements
Engage in Employment Tribunal, civil court, and appellate litigation
Address restructuring, redundancies, TUPE, and other collective matters
Oversee industrial relations
Conduct internal and regulatory investigations
Lead strategic employment projects and ensure compliance with new legislation
Work on cross-border and international employment matters
About You
Employment Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE
Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment work
Commercially minded and client-focused
Proactive and well-organised
Confident in dealing with clients and colleagues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic about career development
Comfortable with a varied and challenging workload
Strong academic background advantageous
